By accessing or using the Aura Review service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Aura Review is an AI-powered SaaS tool designed to automate and manage replies to Google Business Profile reviews. The service connects to your Google account via OAuth to fetch and respond to public reviews on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree not to misuse our APIs or interact with our system in a way that interferes with its performance or security.
Aura Review may offer a 7-day free trial. Upon conclusion of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription processed via our third-party payment provider (Stripe). All payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle commences unless otherwise required by law.
Our service leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate automated responses to customer reviews. While we implement safeguards to ensure brand safety, Aura Review is not liable for any reputational harm, financial loss, or legal disputes arising from automated AI responses. You are solely responsible for setting appropriate Auto-Pilot filters and monitoring the output generated by the AI on your behalf.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
